This atypic musician, born in Paramaribo (Surinam) from Indian parents and raised in Amsterdam, Holland, went to India and Japan to discover the deepest side of traditional music... She is this time in France, accompanied with the best jazz players and the result is simply marvellous. Kind of deep religious jazz, weirder than Jef Gilson.
